Juliana Rugani
Chief Executive Officer
Juliana is Avail’s President and Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for the development and implementation of short- and long-term company strategies to ensure Avail’s growth, sustainability and growth. Under Juliana’s leadership, Avail has diversified growth into efficiency, energy as a service, solar and EV charging markets. She has worked in energy efficiency and renewable generation since 2003, having managed more than 2,000 efficiency and solar projects both in the public and private sectors throughout California. She brings a deep understanding of efficiency equipment and solar technical issues, system design, project management, installation and project finance. Along with her depth of experience, she has developed a strong network in the industry including distributors, manufacturers, integrators, utility program implementers, engineers and financiers.
Shonna Nichols
RMO/Master Electrician
Shonna is a licensed C-10 contractor and CALCTP-certified acceptance lighting controls technician. For more than 25 years, Shonna has installed electrical, HVAC, access and climate control systems on diverse project types including major industrial, federal, commercial and multifamily. In addition to managing crews on construction projects and energy efficiency improvement projects, Shonna provides technical leadership for Avail’s business initiatives and project development.
Anthony Orsini
Project Manager
Anthony is the V.P. of Operations for Avail. He is an accomplished, proactive project manager with significant experience leading audit and sales personnel. Since 2007, his career has focused on business processes and optimization in the energy conservation field. Anthony’s work in the energy efficiency and renewable generation field has created real savings and environmental solutions for small to large clients. Anthony has worked to perfect and implement program development and targeted energy research for Avail’s offerings which include energy auditing, lighting, refrigeration controls, HVAC controls, solar and EV charging.
